Going to Vancouver in April. Any recommendations?
 

Never been this far up north should be a good time though seems like a cool city.

Anyone have Van experiences or tips they would like to pass on?

While it would seem like a weird idea, check out Cruise Critic. Vancouver's a port so, as with all cruise ports, there are a lot of clueless tourists looking for one-day "best of" scenarios, and you get locals around the world chiming in.

Yea, done some cruises before and that really does make a lot of sense thanks.

Vancouver is awesome.

Stanley Park is cool to walk around in. Eat sea food.

That's said I would encourage you to take a drive north and visit Whistler. The drive alone is worth it. The Sea to Sky highway is stunning. Whistler is incredible too.

I have been told that one of the coolest bars in the world is in Vancouver. It is called Chill Winston. Please check it out and let us know.
