Making the 80 mile drive to Daytona in about an hour or so. It's been overcast all day but the weather is perfect. Hopefully it doesn't rain tonight during the Bud shootout.

October 21st. Damn. It's Chiefs games and halloween timed concerts over Kansas Speedway everytime. But i'd love to make it back there again, just bad timing.

Eh, teams used to show up all the time with modifications, Nascar would catch it in inspection, they'd fix it, and they'd go racing. Now, it's labeled cheating by being .00003 of an inch wider and you get suspended for doing it just unloading the off the truck.

Meh, officials said it's an area where teams really push things to the limits to get as much of an advantage as possible. I really doubt much will come of it.

I was trying to decide if I should start a thread last evening, but the one last year turned into nothing but a pissing match.

Hoping Clint can be somewhat successful in the #15.

This will be fine as long as Dylan doesn't "tell us how it is".

I don't know if you've noticed, but that happens to a lot of threads in this place.

Yeah, I reckon it does but that one started off pretty good for a long while and then just a couple of ignorant comments from one poster who claimed to know everything about racing killed it for at least a couple of us.
