This IS real life
 

I work in property management, and I see some seriously bizarre shit from time to time in my line of work. This is top ten probably though.

Last Friday, I had a resident at one of my properties report that someone had tried to break in to their storage unit. The thieves were unable to get inside of the unit, but had damaged the lock, and the door. I don't know if they got scared off by something or what.

I asked the lady if she had called the police, and she said she had left them a message. :shrug: I told her that I would send maintenance right over and have them make sure that her storage unit was secure.

Yesterday a police officer comes into my office, and asks what I know about the incident. I told him what I knew, and talked to him for a min. He, and I both thought the situation was very strange.

Today maintenance had to go back in the laundry room(which is where the storage lockers are) in the basement, for an unrelated issue. They brought me back this note that was attached to the storage locker door.

Keep in mind that this woman is 37 years old, and seemingly mentally competent.

Oh yeah... The smiley face at the bottom... It's smeared blood.

I'm honestly confused about what to do. I'll probably wait to see if she calls, or comes in asking about her sign.

I can't have people making tacky signs like that and hanging them in public view, not to mention smearing their blood on it.

Ahhh...that's awesome. I started a maintenance job a little over a year ago and I've seen some crazy shit myself. Hell we had a homicide in one of our units last summer, that's always a treat. There's definitely an entertainment factor in that line of work.

Demonpenz was consulted, had to be it.

99.9% chance one, or several, of the sons made that sign. Alcohol was probably involved.

And assuming I'm right about that, one of them is a Planeteer.
