What are you Barbecuing?

Nothing. But I am going to be grilling bacon and jalapeno stuffed hamburgers tonight.

This was last weekend, ribs and beans.

Windier than a mother here today.

Did smoke a chuck tender roast yesterday though and made BBQ sandwiches last night. It was awesome.

Bacon wrapped bake potatoes with olive oil marignating for a few hours, barbeque chicken marignating for a day, cube steak marignating since Friday night (I know...) and green beans.

I will be grilling cheese burgers (no pink slime). Toppings of red onion, tomato, pickles and sandwiched with a Kaiser bun. Home fries on the side with a veggie.

Yesterday I grilled some butterburgers , chicken breast, dogs, and polish sausages. Invited too many people over though and only got one burger :(

Just ordinary stuff so far. Burgers, Hotdogs, Cheddarwurst and tonight T-bone steak.

It's amazing weather here for Northern Iowa 70's all week and 80 this weekend I already had to change out my grilling tank today. :thumb:

Gonna have to get more exotic with my meat. last summer I did bacon wrapped cheese dogs. Those were good. The wife suggested I head straight to the hospital for an angiogram afterwards. :evil:
