UFO Spotted Over Independence Saturday Night

Hope this isn't another repost, I've been missing in action a few days.

This story was in my local paper. Of course, it could have been a meth hallucination.

This is Independence, we're talking about here….

BTW: I had nothing to do with this. I was out of town Saturday.

Wouldn't intelligent beings that can travel to other galaxies be beyond "blinking lights"?

Dayze 05-01-2012 12:06 PM

they probably came to score some premo meth.

Tribal Warfare 05-01-2012 12:12 PM

Probably prototype military drones doing tests

Predarat 05-01-2012 12:19 PM

Its not a repost but it happened during the football season somewhere in the KC area.

If they are intelligent enough to fly to another planet, then they should know that the last place they want to go is Independence

Cornstock 05-01-2012 12:21 PM

Sounds like someone was flying their RC plane around at night. There are some really space-looking RC planes nowadays. Some are specifically meant to look like UFOs

This happened last Saturday...

The incident you're describing was found out to be skydivers...

It was swamp gas. Nothing to see here.

I guess if you were planning to invade Normandy, it would be worth the risk...

No, they have regulations too.

This is a great premise for a book. Aliens only appear over rural America because they are brainwashing our poor people and harvesting their meth. They've run out of sudafed, anhydrous and double A batteries on their home planet, so they've come to us out of desperation.
