Didn't see this posted anywhere. Condi Rice was apparently involved with golf for decades and currently serves on some kind of USGA board, so she didn't come completely out of left field. Darla Moore is a very wealthy SC investor who is a close personal friend with a former chairman, so both of them appear to fit their usual criteria as possible members and dont look like special affirmative action members or anything like that.
