Surely someone out there builds Ipad apps or knows someone who does. AS smart as you guys are.

I build apps. Not the ridiculous apps built by "code hacks." Mine are tight and have a small footprint.

I am a teacher and can supply the information, pictures, video, etc... for quite a few much needed apps. relating to several trades, I am looking for someone I can trust who can take this information and convert it into an app which would cost a small amount of money but be marketable worldwide. I have built a website www.weldguru.com but don't know much about app building.
