**** this.............................I am gonna start an official weight gain challenge.
214.2 this morning.
Just got my first run of the year in, 37:30. It was 21 degrees and there was snow on the ground and I feel like the year's off to a great start.
After I don't eat tonight and throw up 325423414 times I'll be sure to weigh myself.
I'm in. I'll weigh myself tomorrow morning and post it in the thread.
I'm in. I participated a couple years ago but then I gave up. I now weigh more than before. Starting point 271 lbs.
Starting at 240. Biggest I have ever been. 2012 was bad.
I'm exactly 200 with my work clothes/shoes on. I would like to get down to 190 by March 1st. I've been working out every day up until New Years Eve. I will go tonight after work at 11 PM.
Got busy last year and lost track with what I was eating and how much I was eating.
Started at 190 last year, now I'm back up to around 212 but I'll have to weigh myself tomorrow.
today my workout is going to be this:
Cardio: 5 minutes on 6.0, 2 minutes walk, 2 minutes 7.3, 1 minute walk (4.0), 2 minutes 7.3, 1 minute walk, 2 minutes at 7.5, 1 minute walk, 2 minutes at 7.5, 1 minute walk, 2 minutes at 7.7, 1 minute walk, 2 minutes at 7.7, 4 minutes walk
Lifting: 5X5 flies, 10X3 hammer curls, endurance curls, shoulder press, 12 minute ab work out
tomorrow will be same cardio and legs and back
I get bored running on the treadmill UNLESS I do intervals and I'm hoping to increase my top speed to over 8 sometime in the next two weeks
Damn how come you're doing so much cardio on lift days?
