Actually, the only real way is to PM Gonzo every thread title of the ones you want to unsubscribe. They must be individually in separate PM messages though so he can process them through the PM for each one.

User CP/ Edit Options and it's under Messaging and Notifications.

Ok I copied every post from the thread I want to unsubscribe from and Pm'ed Phobia...fingers crossed this worked because THAT took a minute dude.

Separate PMs though for each one and best bet is to send them twice just to be safe.
