Ice Cream Bread

Stir together ice cream and flour, stirring just until flour is moistened. Spoon batter into a greased and floured 8×4 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in the center of the bread comes out clean. Remove from the pan, and cool on a wire rack.

How do people discover this shit?

Do they trial/error a bunch of stuff, nearly burn their house down, and end up throwing away 99% of the experiments?

It's 2 scoops of ice cream and flour for a whole loaf. It's not THAT bad, per slice.

It's two cups, not two scoops. And curious, do you use two cups of frozen or two cups of melted?
