Joel Goldberg is talking about why Shields struggles in the first inning... I would bet it is because he feels like he has to go out there and throw a perfect game to get a win. By the time he has lost the lead, he doesn't feel like he has to be perfect anymore and just goes and pitches his game.

Yes, Hunter has a lot of Uncles in KC. I sat next to one at a Twins game. Nicest guy you'd wanna meet. Bought the Wife and I peanuts and cotton candy and we talked baseball the whole game. Had a great time.
