If ya don't, it kind of creates an impression of you to the person reading your post. Especially if it is the first word in your post.

Ya know who ya are, so cut it out.

And don't begin sentences with "And".

My wife spells the first one as 'yea', which bothers me but I can't convince myself it's wrong.
