Cool Perspective On The Noise From Rookie Mike Catapano
Saw this article and figured I would share. Must be an interesting transition going from a small college right to the loudest stadium in the NFL. Good stuff! :thumb: They broke the noise record just before he got his strip sack/fumble recovery to finish the game. Personally I would like to see more of this kid... he does damage when he is in there.

That dude is a monster. The more experience he gets, he'll develop into an asset. He is very athletically gifted for his size.

It was pretty funny hearing the TJack interview after the game. Dude sounded like a guy halfway through puberty.

I usually talk to my parents back in KC every Sunday after the game. They went to the game and I only got to them for a couple minutes because they wanted to go to bed because their ears were ringing and had headaches. I called them a couple hours later to check up on them and they said they were probably gonna go to the doctor because the ringing wouldn't stop. I'm gonna call them in a bit to check up on them. Well done, KC. Do it every home game.

My ears are ringing today like I was sitting in the front row at a Ted Nugent concert last night.

I know fans are stoked and all, but speaking as someone who has lost hearing in one ear, the excitement over this really doesn't sit well with me. Does anyone know what this type of exposure to noise does to your hearing? Is it worth it to you?
