the geneticist in me would say that they've been WAY too picky with the positive assortative mating--the allele frequencies for their shitty recessive genes must be through the roof, and without inbreeding depression setting in, all of their recessives have come through to produce incredibly ugly, horrible people (add in the epigenetic effect that comes from the horrible actions/attitude they have and you have the recipe for horror).

They should whack these death row guys within one year of sentencing. Stupid to let them languish for years and years. Once sentence is passed, carry it out.
