Down goes Arizonas Anti-gay Bill

Governor vetoes it.

Donger 02-26-2014 07:07 PM

Good.

petegz28 02-26-2014 07:14 PM

Good. Was stupid to begin with.

cosmo20002 02-26-2014 07:36 PM

Not a surprise.

How long until the nutjobs string her up?

listopencil 02-26-2014 07:39 PM

No, no, that's not fair. We weren't done arguing over how stupid it was.

cosmo20002 02-26-2014 07:40 PM

When you have a legislature and governor of the same party, don't they generally consult with each other before passing this kind of legislation so as not to put the governor in this type of position? Rs continue to cannibalize each other. Nice going.

Sounds a lot like the disaster called Obamacare.

I don't think it's right to treat sexual orientation like race in the eyes of the law or that it should be a protected class, but it's hard for me to imagine why someone would think this piece of legislation was a good idea.

He's in the trenches over the draft forum, how many wars can he fight at one time?

Well, they passed it and he signed it.
How does that sound like passing it and having it vetoed?

You would be surprised. I'm not sure what the record is, but I'd bet he has it.

It sounds like it's evident she'd make a better president. That wouldn't be hard though seeing the bar has been set so low.

Maybe they passed the bill so they could know what was in it.
