Snowpiercer
Anyone seen this yet? I enjoyed it, although it seemed to start a little slow. Kinda creepy. And just an FYI, if you complain about realism in movies, this is not for your.

For your enjoyment.
One example: The sometimes Captain America needs a Korean translator, sometime he doesn't inconsistency. I enjoyed it though. Kind of a Fallout Vault on a train kind of vibe in some parts, especially the classroom. Seemed like a giant mashup of different sci-fi plot types. |
I saw this movie on demand last week. I'd researched it and wished I'd seen it on the big screen.
Fantastic movie. Well crafted. The first 45 minutes are bleak, establishing the tone for the movie and connecting the viewer through shared discomfort to the protagonist. |
Be prepared for the hate! On the other hand, if you speak ill of the TMNT movie...

I thought it was a good movie. Very well done.
|
Maybe it's just me. I just can't get over the glaring plot holes and inconsistent logic.

Heard this was real good but never saw it

Watched this on Saturday. It had some good allegory.

Just watched it. Man that world building was slow. I understand it was to establish tone, but Chris Evans has a monologue outside of the engine room that does better world building than the first 30 minutes. There are some parts that are silly as hell, but still enjoyable.
Not as good as everyone said, not as bad as Tosh said. |
I was surprised by how good it was.
|
I have this on my Netflix list...sounds like I need to watch it.
