Rotator Cuff post surgery

Had left shoulder done this morning. 10 years ago I had right done. This time there was a lot more damage and the did a nerve block. No pain yet and block still working but getting really tired of total numbness from shoulder to finger tips…

Bad news is left arm will be immobilized 8 weeks, not 6 because of all the repairs needed

Anyone else go through similar? Only times out of sling will be during light PT or showering.

will you be ready for the playoffs?

....seriously though, heal up quickly. hopefully this won't impact your 'happy hand'

This time

i had a fence line that had to be cleared of trees and brush. A ton of grown up hedge, locust and walnut had to go. Some was overhanging branches. Ealy in the day

i had to pull and drag the cut trees and limbs and

i remember feeling a sharp pain but the work had to be done so I kept going.

I was running a 20 in bar chain saw and had a big overhanging limb pretty high and to get to it i was slinging the saw high as i could then bring it all the way down….hurt like a bitch but i just assumed it was a muscle pull….

Actually don't remember the first. It was not a complete tear but has crap in the joint and cartilage damage that hurt to a bitch working and couldn't golf at all.

I think easy to sum up that RC's most often get hurt because we do stupid shit we are not in shape to do.

Please, feel free not to waste any precious energy hunting and pecking out nutjob DC posts while you recuperate. We'll understand.

I have tears in both RC's and have separated both AC joints with arthritis in them. I am going to be a miserable cold man!

The douche is already on here several hours a day. Now he's basically laid up. Get ready for an onslaught.

I had it done about 10 years ago as soon as I could is started rehabbing at home on my own. Started with 2 1/2 pound weight I amazed the physical therapist at how fast I was recovering.

My dad had both of his done last year left one the. The right 90 days later. They say it's the hardest rehab besides a hip. Best of luck to you man!

Tore my RC and my Labrum two years ago, had surgery that didn't help. I'm going in for a total replacement in two weeks. Just make sure you don't over do anything no matter what the pain level is. That was my problem.
