Good to see a true Kansas business realize it's potential.

Basically everyone called it Joe's in conversation anyway. Good, uncontroversial name change.

That mediocre Smokin Joes BBQ place will be happy to hear this. I bet they get a few folks that wander in thinking it is Joe's Kansas City BBQ.

I know its odd origin, but the name just had a earwig thing about it. Okie Joe's, . . . Oklahoma Joe's. . . that's good food man.

Joe's KC is a little more generic.
