I think the team will be competitive. I think the offense will be better than the shit show we've seen in the preseason. The defense is going to get torched due to our shit secondary and our scheme lends itself to a lot of PI calls. The front 7 will keep the D in games though.

This is going to be the type of season where the Chiefs will put together a 12 play scoring drive and then surrender a 4-5 play scoring drive in the last 1.5 minutes to lose the game.

Vs NE - Loss, Brady carves us up like a turkey dinner
At SF - Win, upset city but I think SF D has some holes
At SD - Win, Hali & Houston make Rivers cry mid 3rd quarter
Vs St Louis - Win, St. Louis realizes that the 'Stache really is the most over-rated coach ever
Vs New York - Loss, Geno makes KC pay for not taking him
At Buffalo - Loss, KC always has a hard time winning in Buffalo
Vs Seattle - Loss, over / under is Seattle by 50 after the first half
At Oakland - Win, cause it's Oakland
Vs Denver - Loss, it's close but somehow Denver pulls it out with some key D holding calls late in the game
At Arizona - Loss, Arizona should be in the hunt for the NFC West and takes it out on KC
Vs Oakland - Win, cause it's Oakland
At Pitt - Loss, Haley laughs at us
vs SD - Loss, cause we're the Chiefs

6 - 10, but chin up Chiefs' fans, we'll sign Alex Smith to a 5 year extension mid-way through the season.

That Buffalo game is going to be important for draft position.

7-9. Not good enough to make the playoffs. Not shitty enough to actually suck and draft a real QB.

True, you really want to be in the best position to draft a guard.
