Best and worst drafts (not counting Chiefs)

Overall, who do you think had the best and worst drafts?

I think the Saints had a very good weekend. Peat is the most NFL ready OL with elite traits, Kikaha was a fantastic pass rusher at Washington, PJ Williams in Rd 3 was a steal, Swann was a CB I liked and wanted us to get. They really helped their D out while taking a potential future QB at a good spot.

Thought the Bears did very well. Playmaker home run picks in White and Langford and a couple of really good fatties in between, as well as Amos who I really liked and wanted us to take.

Also liked the Jets draft. Hell both new regimes in Chitown and NY have done a solid job this far.

I thought the Panthers had by far the worst draft. Shaq Thompson was an awful pick IMO as he was barely 220 at his pro day and doesn't have enough experience. Total project. And Funchess was the most overrated player in the entire draft. Rest of their picks seemed meh

Jaguars and Bengals.

Ravens Nailed their draft IMO

26 – Breshad Perriman – perfect fit for a QB like Flacco, they needed a deep threat and got a good one.

55- Maxx Williams – again a perfect fit for what Baltimore does. First two pick really upgrade their offense.

90 - Carl Davis – struck gold in the 3rd, again a perfect fit for their system.

122 – Za’Darius Smith – outside rusher in the 4th could be a gem

125 – Buck Allen – They needed a back, and he would compete for snaps right away.

136 – Tray Walker – Surprised they waited so long to grab a corner, if there is a fault in their draft it’s at this position. Walker is nothing more than a project.

171 – Nike Boyle – doubled down on the TE position. Makes sense with their lack of depth at the position.

176 – Robert Myers – I think he’s the Ravens Zach Fulton. But anytime you can take a 5th rounder and start them you are doing something right.

204 – Darren Waller – I drafted him in the CP mock, he’s huge. Nice project.

Jets, Falcons, Browns, Jags and Giants had great drafts.

Redskins and Bills were terrible.

Jags, Bengals, and Steelers were my favorites.

Bills and Panthers sucked dick.

First year he will either play RG or RT. He will probably be an upgrade at either spot over Greco or Schwartz. Both are decent but their play really suffered when Mack went out last year.

Alex Mack has an opt-out clause in his contract after this season. The reasons he wanted to leave when the Browns transition-tagged him have not resolved (mainly: losing, no qb, high coaching/system turnover) so he is expected to exercise that opt-out after the season. Erving will likely play center starting in 2016.
