I'm in a wedding in Houston this weekend. Assuming that I'm not carried away by the Great Flood, what would be some good places to go to around the University?

Best replies get a lifetime supply of blue waffles.

Every time I visit Houston my buddy who lives there drives me around so I really don't have a clue where some of these places are for sure but the bars around Rice were pretty neat. Probably your type of establishments. Galleria was pretty cool. Went to this one bar that had 4 bars in one it was a Dance Club, Karaoke Club, Salsa Club, and 80s Music Club all in one. It was really cool, can't remember the name of it.

...was it in an old theater??

I met Steve Stevens and EG Bailey at that club.

No I think it was in a shopping center or a mall. I don't remember much of that night to say the least. LMAO

It's called City Streets and that's where I had my bachelor party (it's on Richmond and 610).
