Suburban chain BBQ.
I'm going down to the 'burbs this afternoon for a kid's high school graduation party. There's a famous Dave's and a Colston BBQ nearby. I've been to Famous Dave's, but have not been to Colston. Which should I go to?
Also, do I need to bring a gift for this kid? I know his mother and have met him once or twice 10+ years ago. if I just bring a check and a card, what's appropriate? |
$25. Enough to not be remembered as a cheapskate, but not enough to make you regret going to the party.

I'd go 50 so he can take a date.

Colston, get him a sandwich.

It doesn't apply to this particular scenario, but the correct answer is:
"Cook my own". |

Try Colston's, since you've never had it. And $25 is appropriate for the kid you barely know.
|
Send him 100
He will remember you forever |
I'm in the Dayton,Oh area. There is a small chain here called OinkADoodleMoo. I've only had their brisket because it's so damn good. And they actually have burnt ends, which is rare around these parts.

Are you trying to bang the mother? If so, drop a hundo and she'll drop dem panties. If not, give him $25 and call it a day
