If the season ended today, what would the playoff picture look like?

7 games left.

3 games back for 1st place; so that is probably out.

Wildcard scenarios? How far are we out?

Thanks

We currently are the 8 seed ahead of all the 4-5 teams.

Pittsburgh is the 5 seed (6-4)
Buffalo is the 6 seed (5-4)

NY Jets are ahead of us at 5-4.

We have the tiebreaker over Pittsburgh and still play Buffalo, so we can get the tiebreaker over them too.

Broncos going on a massive losing streak. Chiefs for AFC West champs!

Right now, the Chiefs would be out.

The pivotal game moving forward will probably be the Bills, who are 5-2 with Tyrod Taylor under center.

1. New England (9-0)
2. Cincinnati (8-0) plays MNF
3. Denver (7-2)
4. Indianapolis (4-5)

5. Pittsburgh (6-4)
6. Buffalo (5-4)

NY Jets (5-4)
Kansas City (4-5)
Oakland (4-5)
Miami (4-5)
Houston (3-5) plays MNF
Jacksonville (3-6)

this is why i LOVE football. anything can go.. and 16 games is very long and ANYTHING can happen. The chiefs can still sneak in.. but Andy HAS to call better plays and alex HAS to hit his guy when the play is there. period. I blame Andy way more due to the fact he calls Sideways and HORRIBLE screen passes

Denver does have to play NE, Cin, and Pitt.
