2016 Salary Cap Set at $155.27 Million Per Team
http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com...lion-per-team/
Teams now know how much they have to spend, assuming they want to spend it. A league source tells PFT the salary cap for the 2016 season has been set at $155.27 million per team by the NFL and the NFLPA. That’s a bump of around $12 million from last year’s limit of $143.3 million, not including the cap space left over last year by teams which could be applied. It’s a significant bump, but the question the union is going to monitor is whether teams spend the money available, as a number of teams traditionally underspend. ----- The Chiefs are going to have plenty of dough to re-sign all of their players, if they so choose. |
Spend that shit on defense

I see no reason why we can't keep Berry and Howard under contract.

meanwhile, the Bronco's cap will be 185M

when I see other teams accomplish what the do with contracts, there's no reason why you can't have top tier guys. I"m not saying we don't....I'm just saying my days of accepting "oh, well we can't sign this guy because of ths cap number/hit" etc, are long gone IMO. |

There's no reason not to sign our FAs that we covet.

There is zero reason we can't keep who we want to keep. We have the space to do so. Berry, DJ and Howard can stay if we want.
Smith as well. Then we can do whatever we want in the draft. |
Give us Bruce Irvin.

How much did we rollover
