So there are a few people that did not bet the first two weeks and by rule will be disqualified.

The rule was put in place to weed out the people who would sign up and then never bet. Then I could fill their spot with someone from the waiting list who really wanted to play.

I have no one on the waiting list to fill their spots so I am putting it to a vote on whether they should be given a grace period to stay in the game.

Please vote yes to allow them to stay in or no to disqualify them. If they are allowed back in and do not bet this week they are out for good.

Only votes from participants in the Gambling Challenge will be counted and a simple majority will decide their fate. The poll will remain open until 9:50 PM CDT this Friday.

Here are the people that have not bet in the first two weeks. I like the idea of assessing a penalty, so their accounts will be reduced by $2,500 and they must bet this week or be permanently DQ'd. This is what you are voting for.

I voted yes, but if they go past the two week cutoff AND the $2500 penalty with not playing the week after that, then give them the boot.

I voted yes, but personally I would have taken 50% instead of 25%. Also agree with the boot after week 3 if no bet.
