A CP'er sent me a care package with this guy included and I don't know who it is or why he was in there. Said CP'er is out of the country right now and can't get my messages. Just been really curious last few days.

If you lock your doors and keep your lights on all night you shouldn't have much to worry about. However I would have someone else that you don't care much about open your car doors and start the engine for you everyday (and stand back about 15 to 20 feet) for the next couple of months.
