Accidental Chemical mix at Distillery in Atchison Ks.
 

Caused a plume cloud to linger over downtown Atchison slowly moving North. They are having evacuations. No word yet on types Chems but folks report on a swim pool smell maybe chlorine?

Going to be nearly impossible, if at all, to determine any potential negative effects on the people.
