I'm trying this as an experiment, so forgive me if this crashes and burns or otherwise clogs up the Lounge too much. I certainly don't want these to be a reason for anyone not to post a thread on some specific topics, but let's see if this format is a good way of generating some good discussion.

Here's a place to chat about players who might not otherwise be worth a thread. Any thoughts on...

the defensive line or line backers?

Was impressed with the small sample size from Logan. The DL depth on this team is very good, and Chris Jones coming back just makes the overall talent here elite. Ramik Wilson does look improved, DJ is DJ, and Egliwe (sp?) looks promising.

I can't say I am seeing great pass rushing from the edges, though.

We should always be fresh on the d line as long as we stay healthy.

The NFL wouldn't allow me to watch. Did Justin Houston make an appearance?

I'm eager to see what happens with Kpass. Raw, but lots of promise.

Yep, he was in the game. Got a couple pressures as I recall, but nothing too spectacular.

Where was Hali?

With Ramik Wilson playing a tougher, more physical brand of football, and DJ looking like at least 80%, this defensive front looks beastly.

Should be a better year than anyone had expected.

KPass is a freak. Him and Bailey are just some abnormal ass humans. Other than a clue runs we couldn't get contain on, the DL and LBs played well.
