Come and GIT SUM.....
So much weirdness in this story, I'm surprised it was in Oklahoma and not Florida! Alcohol, knives, porno mags, trailer park.... yeah buddy...
ADA, Ok. — A man from Oklahoma was arrested Sunday after police found him with a knife in each hand and several pornographic magazines taped to him stomach to protect him, according to The Ada News. Donald Gene Gaither, 49, told police he was in "survival mode" after he allegedly tried to start a fight with a neighbor. Police said Gaither was angry because he thought he was being kicked out his trailer park. The neighbor called police when Gaither began waving knives and telling him "to come out and get some." Gaither was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon and possession of an offensive weapon. Police said Gaither was "slightly intoxicated" when deputies found him with the knives in each hand and pornographic magazines taped to him stomach, according to KXII. Gaither told deputies he'd been in prison, and magazines were a way to protect yourself in a fight. http://www.kmbc.com/article/oklahoma...o-him/13448744 |

If he was outside hollering at the guy inside, how is that assault? It is not like he actually assaulted the guy.
