I think I have a drinking problem
Or perhaps it's my anxiety and I'm sure I'll be flamed for it. Ever since this summer it has not been uncommon for me to drink 3-4 a night this happened when my gf left me. I keep taking tests online and there has been no definitive answer. My friends and family have yet to express concern. I just wish there was an answer.

If you get back up. there is no problem.

You don't have a drinking problem. You have a girl problem. And you need to snap out of it.

3-4 what's a night?
Pints? Pints of beer? Vodka? 151? Do you go to different places to buy it? What do you do with the trash? gas station? random dumpster at apt complex? <iframe width="560" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/7I_F4MDY2MQ?start=110" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> |
Stop cooking your ramen noodles in vodka and you'll be fine.

The guy is obviously going through a tough time. No need to be a dick about him asking for advice or help. That said OP ChiefsPlanet is not the place to look for advice on this subject. Not that there are no ppl on here who won't give you good advice or who won't be willing to help but there are so many trolls here. There are other forums that are better for these type of issues. PM me man if you want and I can point you in the right direction. Good luck with everything. |
If i went for a drinks at Touche', I would question my sanity, not my alcohol addiction.

Just my $0.02 worth... While drinking will temporarily help suppress the uncomfortable feelings, it has a negative effect of preventing you from dealing with those feelings and moving on. This is called avoidance and it can become a bad habit.
I have a saying... Good habits are hard to make and bad habits are hard to break. Until you face your grief and loss, you will not move forward. |
