When does Smith lose the team?
In his defense the play calling the last few weeks, particularly on 3rd down has been the worst I have ever seen. Also, the OLine can't block a good HS team right now for shit.
That being said, he is consistently bailing out way too early and missing way too many open receivers. The times where he needs to just let the ball fly and see what happens stopped after game 5. So to the point, watch the int at the end of the Bills game and look at Kelce's reaction. Typical to a point but after the calling out after the Giants loss, you have to wonder when the offense is going to start tearing itself apart? On the last 2 drives of the Bills game, he missed a wide open Wilson for 4 yards on 4th and 4 and went deep to Hill and threw incomplete. Then on the last play of the game for KC, Kelce is open and he threw into double coverage. I think there are a lot of reasons for a civil war on the offense, from the coaching, to play calling to blocking ...but Smith has shit his pants the last several games and even those who have tried to defend him can no longer do it. |
You mean when DID Smith lose this team? lol

I think he’s already lost them but they know a change isn’t happening so they keep going through the motions...
|
I think he already has. Andy’s ego won’t admit it though.
|
I am sure he has already lost a few players.

i agree the play calling was not great but there were tons of bad throws too...and pants shitting
personally i wouldve made the switch at the half and I think it will be pretty hard not to make the switch for the jets game tl;dr- halftime of the last game |
Week 6 or so

You can see the body language on the WR's running wide open downfield, Kelce especially.
They have had it, Smith is ruining their careers. |
When they played the Steelers.
