Defensive Coordinators Available Next Year
Vic Fangio - Looking like John Fox May be done after the season. Vic had Top five defenses from 2011 to 2014.
Chuck Pagano - Also looks to be gone. Comes from the Baltimore Ravens defensive tree coaching 2008- 2011. Rex Ryan - Yeah Yeah, Shitty Coach but question is can he be a great D-coordinator again? Todd Bowles - Looks like he’s buying himself another year with the Jets. Unless he completely implodes the last few games. Who els is out there? Mike Pettine? |
Regardless of who it is, after weeks of their scheme on tape it's going to be figured out by the opponent.
Which coach has the best ability to adjust to adjustments? |
Anyone have a GIF of the scene in Christmas Vacation where the boss says:
"Get me someone! Anyone! And get me someone while I'm waiting!" This is about where I'm at with replacing Sutton at this point. |

Perfect. |
Clark should go get Fangio at any cost

If we don't shore up the D with some good players who the DC is isn't going to matter. Over the last few years we've lost to many good players or they got old. Howard, Poe, Hali, Berry, Ford, and more. Houston's not the same either. There's more than that I can't remember. Time is showing that Doresy really didn't do a very good job.

Mike Smith will be available next season.

Is there anybody new? Like someone who isn't a retread?

Rex Ryan, Marvin Lewis, or Kevin Green.
I like Green and think he's ready for a shot. He's been learning under Capers for years. That said, I doubt Sutton goes anywhere. If you look at the big picture he's done a good job In KC. He definitely stays on next year. |

Both Houston and Ford need to be gone next year. |
I would think Steve Spagnuolo would be available too...
|
For non retreads bring in LSU's Dave Aranda for a look
