Hell, I was surprised (pleasantly so) when he returned THIS year......so, as incompetent as the guy is - I hope that he coaches there for another 10 years.... :thumb: |

I just wish the Broncos sucked as bad as the Raiders. Oh well, maybe by season's end.

There isn't any point to fire anyone now, it just puts more work on someone else. Plus you aren't getting a headstart on anything.
Just ride it out and clean house at the end. |

Maybe you wait until Week 14 or 15, but I think you only do that if the locker room is completely out of control and/or if your obvious next head coach is already an assistant. It seems much neater to wait out the season since it's already lost, if you have any choice in the manner. Elway generally likes to hire and promote his friends from his playing days (which I wholeheartedly support), so that would point toward Bill Musgrave getting a two-tier promotion to interim coach. Not even Elway is that dumb. So the only other way I would see a mid-season change is if Joseph completely loses control of the locker room. I don't think that's happened yet, but I can see it happening. That would be fun to watch. |
