Is Veach or Reid calling the shots?
 

I honestly feel like Veach is in charge of the defense and talks regularly with Spags on what he wants and Reid tells Veach what he wants on defense. Basically Veach calls the shots with Spags on defense and Reid calls the shots on offense.

Reid is in charge but he doesn't get much involved in defense. Veach and Spags probably are calling who they go after.

Most likely that Veach has to run big moves by Reid first. Other than that, it's Veach's control.

So reid has final say imo.

Veach was Andy's handpicked guy. Andy won the power struggle with Dorsey that's why hes no longer here.

I'm betting all 3 of Spags, Reid and Veach have input. A good GM is going to get the players the coaches want whenever possible. They just figure out how to make it work. I'd bet they even ran today's trade past Clark before they traded for Clark.

I think all 3 talk and come to mutual agreements.

Veach and Reid must get approval from Mahomes first.

Reid. The reason Dorsey is gone is that Reid wanted full power. Veach does what Andy tells him to do.
