Will the Patriots be back
MAC JONES HAD ONE OF THE BEST PRESEASONS PFF HAS EVER SEEN
Jones closed out his first preseason in the NFL ranks with another quality performance. Once again, he made several accurate and anticipatory throws, just as he did at Alabama, and he made very few mistakes as a passer over three games. Jones earned a 77.1 passing grade for his Week 3 game and a 92.2 mark overall for the preseason. The latter beat out Patrick Mahomes in 2017 for the best single-preseason passing grade by a rookie quarterback since PFF began tracking the games in 2013. The first-year signal-caller led all quarterbacks this preseason in passing grade on 10-plus-yard throws, negatively graded throw rate and turnover-worthy play rate (0%). The rookie did everything he could to win the starting quarterback job, and the chances are that he'll be taking the reins in New England sooner rather than later. |

Really...

Do you think Bellychick is going to let Tom Brady show him up again?
|
Would it be more amazing that Brady won with another team last year, or if BB wins with a different quarterback?
|
The Pats are an unknown. It seems the Pats were taking last year off to recoup. They had quite a few defensive starters out and no QB.
This year they spent big $$ and have their starters who were due to covid back. Their Defense looks good on paper and if this Mac Jones guy can just be a decent game manger with a few wow plays in-between the Pats will make some noise. |

No. They're a 8 win team. Their division isn't total shit like it was the entire time Tommy was there. He saw the writing on the wall and got the **** out before he tarnished his legacy.

They live here in Kansas City without the cheating and serial killers on the team

I think he was sick and tired of BB and the Patriot way. |

The AFC East is playing the NFC South so it should be a pretty good test for that division. |
Return to their past dominance? No. Be a playoff contender? Absolutely, especially if Jones takes the starting job over soon enough.
|
Tough division? The ****? It's the Bills and that's it. The Dolphins would rather take their chances with an alleged rapist over their current starting QB, and the Jets are having the most Jetsiest of off seasons.
