Can’t wait to get Hardman and Toney back
The offense lead the NFL in scoring as of yesterday and the offense put us in position to get at least 27 points but Butker missed the kick.
That was with the great play by Reader to bat a Mahomes pass away from a wide open Kelce inside the 10 and Kelce fumbling. It was also with Juju missing most of the 2nd quarter. We saw MVS getting open a handful of times against this team even though he was the only pure speed we had at WR. Getting these 2 back changes everything. Hardman alone as a gadget player changes a lot. Toney is a supremely talented player and we’ve seen it. You can’t drop 8 against that bc their combined speed makes it harder to defend for extended plays. You can have a TE in to help a tackle and shift Mahomes to that protection bc of that added speed. And we’ll get Toney back for returns. We haven’t seen a game yet where we have all of our weapons healthy and I think it’s a massive advantage. It’s gonna let Andy have so much more flexibility in playcalling. The offense will be as good as it was in years when we get them back |
Thuney, too.

we need hardman to drop 40 on people
no one else on the roster besides toney brings what he brings without that speed element we go from elite to just very good |
Why wouldn't teams still be able to drop 8? Toney and Hardman being fast as **** doesn't change the fact that Brown and Wylie are susceptible to giving up immediate pressures. That's why the Bengals have such success with that look against us.

A fluke Kelce fumble and a missed FG. |
I wouldn’t expect much from Toney.

Anyone finding excuses on the offensive side is just... weird. The offense was fine in an NFL game against a major rival in a playoff atmosphere. Without a Kelce fumble the turnout could have easily been very different. Our Dline not getting any pressure whatsoever is the problem with this team. |

We ran the ball at will yesterday.
Andy should have ran it on the 3rd and 4 play and went for it on fourth. Bengals DC mixed and matched it well on 3rd downs, bringing pressure or dropping. |
Both Toney and MH can turn a behind the line of scrimmage pass into a 15-20 yard gain in a blur. We have noboody else that can do that. Moore's jet sweep looked much slower than Mecole or Toney.

“How do we beat the Bills and Bengals?”
You out score them. You have 3 elite speed players, Kelce and a RB that can pound the ball for yards. The speed returning to Andy’s offense changes everything. MVS’s speed alone on the outside opens up Kelce in the middle. It’s on tape and proven time and time again. Imagine what getting 2 more elite speed players will do? |
