YouTube starts charging money?
It said that I used Ad blocker to block the ads so I can't watch anything on Youtube now. Ineed to pay $15 for the premium Youtube per month. Does it happen to you guys?
|
Never happens to me.
If you send me 10 bucks a month and I will show you how to get add free YouTube. |
They aren't charging everyone money, they have just cracked down on ad blockers. Either you have to disable the adblocker or pay for the premium service that has no ads.
|
Just click skip ad after like 5 seconds

Sorry El Lobo Gordo but capitalism and all... I'll charge you a mere $9.99 + tax for the same results with 10x the satisfaction!!! |
I watch too many video to **** with it I just get the premium. It is easy to justify it for that amount of money.
|
There are multiple ways around it. Use the Brave Browser. Or if you require Google Chrome like me, you can use a combination of UBlock Origin and an extension called Tampermonkey.
|
Thank you for all the suggestions. I delete the extension of ad blocker on my chrome and now Youtube is watchable again.

Over the past month the ads have gotten very annoying. Nearly EVERY video you have to go through a full ad and a partial ad before you can skip out. It's another way for them to generate money by getting people to pay for ate "NO Ad" service
|
I found a loophole
|
so far this has worked for me - I agreed to disable then after 12 hours or so I turned it back on - never got the error again - Adblock is active and working and no longer seeing the wall screen.

LOL it is still working.

I've been getting around it by clicking whatever video I want to watch, copying the link, then pasting it into an incognito browser tab to actually view it. That's been working fine.
