Jay rebounded from the worst CF in baseball to a 1.6 WAR player to this point. His defense has also ticked up, but his throwing arm is still 100% rat ass.
His problem is that he's a 3.5th outfielder. A little too good to be a defensive replacement, not great enough to be comfortable as your starter.
