I really ****ed up my ankle on Monday night. I blocked a shot with the outside of my foot, and it pointed my toes toward the ground, right as all my weight was landing on it. Yay.

Hyperextended whatever it is that runs from the middle of my shin all the way to the bottom of the outside of my foot. Swelled up real nice and there's a lot of blood and bruising. Still a bit swollen, but I can walk around okay. Gonna have to take some time off from cardio. I guess that's okay, because it's been a while since I've taken any time off.
Sucks man. There was a time I was getting one like that 3 times a year. **** that. Part of it is there is no open gym here, but I'm glad I haven't had to deal with that recently *knock on wood*

I had been doing quite a bit of biking, but back to working 16 hour days has killed that.
