Walt admits to Skyler that it was ego fueled. He gets to say goodbye to his daughter, and see his son one last time. He's still able to secure his family's future through Gretchen and Elliot.
And those goddamned Aryan mother****ers got they caps peeled.
I suppose it's poetic that Walt dies by his own hand, gives Jesse his attempt for vengeance that Jesse, being Jesse, won't take.
I would have shot Jack a few more times to make sure he suffered before killing him, that's my only qualm
