Constant regimen changes. Constant coaching changes. Drafting the WRONG qbs. Or not taking a qb when you should. Ie taking kellen winslow over Big Ben.

Taking Trent Richardson over Ryan Tannenhill, or Brandon Weeden over Russell Wilson, or Nick Foles.

Then, when you finally do find a qb, Brian Hoyer, he gets his ACL torn.

Trading up to take Brady Quinn.

The list goes on and on.

And no, I didn't mention Tim Couch. Tim Couch was a talented qb, surrounded by NOTHING with worse coaching. The Browns destroyed him with shitty oline play, and no weapons.
