When I saw this headline-my first thought was-

Bullying? Really?

Again, many issues that led to this being a bad situation.
Someone, a coach, AD, administrator, should have stepped up and called the game at half.

But this is not bullying. The state put them in that district. They are good. (info from another source)

Next year, send them to another more competitive district.
