Making minimum wage at a fast food place after ten years is a choice. A choice made by Nancy Selgado. The company should not be forced to compensate her beyond her worth. That's ridiculous.
It is hard to judge a person's worth at any given job. Most of these owners own 8-10 franchises and need solid workers to keep making a fortune.
