The company, earning a profit in a society that has a minimum required income for participation, shouldn't compensate their employees a pay that allows them to meet that minimum level, why? What is the point of a full time job, if not to allow you to participate in the economy?
If a company cannot make a profit off of an employee without paying a wage that requires government assistance to survive, they will not be sustainable. This socialization of losses will collapse.
I know right! You deserve your trophy. By gosh when you were growing up everyone got a trophy! There are no winner's or losers! Effort doesn't matter! Everyone's a winner! You should go occupy something! Mommy and daddy told you that you were special and that sitting on the bench is just as important as playing in the game! Why won't these companies treat you like mommy and daddy? Those mean people need to pay up!!!!
