Well I was going to strongly disagree with you here until I saw that Mizzou ranked about 40th (both in terms of overall strength and average stars) in 2013 and that still seems like a total disaster to me.

I'd probably just be arguing over about 5 spots one direction or the other.

Yeah, I can get behind that general goal.
