TBG has posted that KC is already talking extension for Eric Berry and that should save at least another 3 million.
That puts our cap number at under 115 million and the cap will go to AT LEAST 127 million.

That 115 million doesn't count Branden Albert, Tyson Jackson, McCluster, Demps, Akeem Jordan, Asamoah, Schwartz, or Kendrick Lewis. Even if a lot of these guys may seem unnecessary, most of them play some kind of role and have to at least be replaced (possibly by a player who costs money).
Also, it might not hurt for us to think about extending Houston next year.
I have no idea how escalators and incentives work. I imagine that would have to be factored in too, as well as saving space for rookie contracts.
