He will be drafted between rounds 1 and 2. He will be capable of managing a game, though he will not be by definition a "game-manager". He will perform multiple reads of the field, and find receivers who are open. He will have excellent pocket-awareness and be able to make plays with his legs if necessary. He may also from time to time throw the much-dreaded INT, but that's okay because he is not a raging pussy and will make up for it on the next drive.
