While there probably can't be an argument made for another player right now, if the Cardinals push this to 7 and pull it out, I think someone will emerge that is deserving, be it Wacha, Holliday, Beltran, or someone else. Those 3 would have the best shot I would think as they're really the only ones that have performed to this point and therefore have something to build on. Or maybe someone like Rosie if he can come in and shut them down late in both games or some scenario like that. I don't recall a player form the losing team ever getting the WS MVP, but this has been a series of "firsts," so I wouldn't count anything out.

Edit: Okay, so I looked it up and a losing player has won it once. Bobby Richardson, 2B for the Yankees in 1960. I think you see things happen like this way more in other sports, like say hockey, because they give out just one overall playoff MVP, as opposed to baseball having separate ones for the League Championship Series and then the World Series. Also, only 6 players have ever won the LCS and WS MVP in the same postseason including Freese in 06, Darrell Porter in 82, and Willie Stargell in 79, the last time a team came back down 3-2 on the road, so maybe we have some history on our side with Wacha.
