Of course there are. Remember, you are on a political forum, so most of the people posting here are at least somewhat educated about the ACA. In reality, the vast majority of Americans have no clue about what the ACA is, what else is available, and how it all works.
I only know alot of this because my friend is certified to sell the exchange policies, but still sells what he's always sold. He hasn't sold a single exchange policy yet because they are so much more expensive than what he's always sold before the ACA. The ACA is making everything go up however, because the companies on the exchange still have to make up for covering pre existing conditions, so they raise rates on all their policies, exchange or otherwise.
Basically, it's a giant shit sandwich that is screwing over millions of Americans that were already paying for insurance.
