Are you aware of what you're doing here? You're starting by saying they are two different things. Then in the second bolded sentence, you're claiming there's a contradiction between two things you've admitted as different.
His morality is different than other people's. Therefore there's really nothing to be gained by demanding that he explain it. Especially when it's unrelated to the second item which you're claiming would be a contradiction.
